STEP 1:

Vehicle Drop-Off / Repair Initiation

• Vehicle in
• Photos taken of vehicle
• Computer input
• Waiting for insurance company authorization
• Damaged assessed
• Parts ordered & work orders distributed

STEP 2:

Auto Body Shop / Repairs

• Vehicle assigned to a technician
• Technician inspects repairs to be done
• Body repairs in process

STEP 3:

Complete Auto Painting

• Vehicle prepped in Paint Dept.
• Sanding Initial primer
• Bodywork inspection
• Final primers
• Sealers masking in paint booth
• Color & clear sprayed

STEP 4:

Buffing & Striping

• Vehicle is wet-sanded & buffed
• Pinstriping Rockguard
• Two-tone bumpers

STEP 5:

Reassembly & Trim-out

• Installation of lamps, A/C, mouldings, grills, doors, trim, etc.
• Road Test/Final Inspection
